Hello everyone! This week's drop day will be this coming Friday [9/5].
Winter squash which is looking great (minus a few really stubborn weeds up front). To the far left you can see the oat/clover cover crop that will be tilled in next spring.
The produce that is available for order this week is:
- Salad Greens
- Yellow summer squash
- Zucchini - very limited supply
- Petite Swiss Chard
- Broad 'Garden of Eden' Beans- very limited supply
- Green Beans- *two varieties of beans this week
- Baby carrots
- Potatoes - a thin skinned light yellow variety
- HEIRLOOM TOMATOES! - a mixture of red, yellow, and green- sold in 2 lb. increments
- Parsley
- Garlic Chives
- Regular Chives
- 'Sister Sarah's Pesto'- only 4 left!
