Hello everyone! The produce has begun! Minimal selection for now with production rapidly building as the season progresses. The produce that is available for order this week is: PARSNIPS!!- sold by the 5 lb bag while supplies last. These are like candy when peeled, cut into small long 'matchsticks', and then roasted in the oven. Here is another recipe I have been dying to try.
Drop off this week will be Thursday although in coming weeks we will be dropping off twice a week (I am thinking Tuesdays and Thursdays). Please spread the word about the Stone Farm CSA – I am looking for about 15 more new members for next season. Hope everyone is enjoying their spring!
